News Keeps It Up with Girl-on-Darth Sex Claim
Despite a denial from Pittsburgh's least-favorite person, the New York Daily News' Rush & Malloy column is standing by its reportage that Sienna Miller and Hayden Christensen actually had sex on camera for the Edie Sedgwick biopic Factory Girl, in theaters today. "We freeze-framed the movie's hot spots (as rigorous journalism demands)," says the Friday column, "and there's no question Sienna and Hayden are deep into their roles." Since the News' first account hit print, Miller (when asked in front of her folks, mind you) refuted the tale, her publicist pegged it as "not true at all," and a spokesperson for the studio deemed it "ridiculous."

Maybe Sienna just doesn't recall it because Hayden used a Jedi mind trick instead of "the force".

Good theory, Winnie.
Hayden: "We did not just have actual sex...."
Sienna: "We did not just have actual sex."

I keep reading about what a drugged-up slut Sienna Miller is in real life, so I guess I wouldn't put it past her to agree to real sex on camera.

I'm sure a lot of people will go see the film now. I won't.
So they freeze framed. Unless the shots are of the actors' genitals, how can that offer proof?

Well I, for one, do not believe it because from what I've heard is that it should Gayden Christensen and not Hayden Christensen....not that there's anything wrong with that.

This is a publicity stunt, and an old one at that. The same ruse has been used in the past to trump up interest in really bad movies, like "The Lover." Notice how that stinker never become the "classic" it's producers claimed it was, once the furor over it's fake sex claim died down. Do not waste cash on this piece of garbage. C'mon; it's an "art house" movie with the kid from Star Wars and Sienna Miller?! No such animal exists. It's a straight to DVD stinker. Don't fall for the hype, just wait for it to air on Skinemax in a month.

Who cares if it's true or not! Either way it's going to send ticket sales through the roof as everyone goes to see if it's true or not.

If it wasnt to be shown on film, why is it necessary for them to have real sex?

Those were my exact thoughts Maurine. Plus it has nothing to do with the quality (or lack or quality) of the movie. It sounds like something started by an over eager publicist.

MGM used this "real sex!" marketing ploy back when "The Lover" was released in 1992. It’s not surprising then that MGM is distributing "Factory Girl." This "scandal" was trumped up to sell tix so that the film's investors can recoup some of their earnings on this flop.
Sienna Miller better take heed; no one can remember the name of that chick from "The Lover," and her career of playing The Girlfriend, The Trollop and The Mob Moll has a very short shelf life in H'wood.
Even drunken, crack-addled Lindsay Lohan gets better roles than snaggle toothed Sienna. Sienna ought to take a cue from K-Fed and fill out an application at her local fish and chips shop.
