Natascha McElhone's Husband Found Dead - Today's News: Our Take

Plastic surgeon to the stars, Martin Kelly, who was married to actress Natascha McElhone, apparently suffered a heart attack in his London home. The Mirror reports that he was rushed to Chelsea and Westmintser hospital but was announced dead on arrival.

McElhone and Kelly have two children and the actress, who is currently filming new episodes of Californication, is pregnant with their third child.

Apparently, she was told about her husband's death while filming the series in Los Angeles. She's on route to London with her two children.

Wow, that's really sad, especially with a kid on the way who'll never know his/her father. I certainly wish them the best as they deal with this tragedy.

She's done a lot of movies like The Other Boleyn Girl, Solaris, The Truman Show, Ronin and The Devil's Own (with Brad Pitt and Harrison Ford!). She's now playing David Duchovny's ex-wife on Californication. She's really great. I love that show, and her movie work is stellar. My heart goes out to her!

This is so horrible. Just this week a friend of a friend of mine committed suicide, and his wife (now widowed) is 6 months pregnant. I absolutely hate to hear of things like this happening. Natascha and her 3 children will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I sometimes think about my family (two young boys) and dying at an early age. I'm 40. That's terrible that the children, including the unborn child, will grow up without a father. My prayers are with their family.

I'm so sorry for this family's loss. My prayers are with them. I know how horrible this must be. At the time of his passing I'm sure he had all the hopeful anticipation and joy that can come with expecting a child. It probably doesn't make his loss any easier, but it's a moving counterpoint to the tragedy.

Oh gosh, this is terrible. I wish her strength during this difficult time. I love Californication and have been anticipating its return, but if she needs time off to deal with this, I hope Showtime gives it to her.
