At the Movies: Watch for Watchmen
Zack Snyder (2004's Dawn of the Dead) has been tapped to develop and direct Watchmen, a Warner Bros. feature based on the critically acclaimed DC Comics saga, says Reuters.... Per Variety, High School Musical's Zac Efron has been cast as Link, the heartthrob star of "The Corny Collins Show," in the Hairspray feature.... Gerard Butler (The Phantom of the Opera) is in talks to star in Priest, a chiller from Amityville Horror helmer Andrew Douglas.... 20th Century Fox is bringing the young-adult fantasy-book series Uglies to the big screen.
