At the Movies: Biel Grabs Importance Role from Lohan
Rising party-circuit queen Jessica Biel is taking advantage of Lindsay Lohan's steadfast commitment to personal betterment, snatching up the vacated role opposite Annette Bening in A Woman of No Importance, says Us.... Per Variety, Paramount has booked the David Koepp (Spider-Man)-penned Indiana Jones 4 for a May 22, 2008, release, where its biggest competition will be Warner Bros.' Speed Racer.... Per the Hollywood Reporter, Mark Romanek (One Hour Photo, Fiona Apple's "Criminal" video) will direct Benicio Del Toro in The Wolfman.... Kate Beckinsale will star in Whiteout, playing a U.S. marshal out to solve a murder in Antarctica before the continent is plunged into darkness and she is stranded with the killer.... Natalie Portman is interested in directing and perhaps appearing in a film version of Israeli writer Amos Oz's autobiography, A Tale of Love and Darkness.

I love the Indiana Jones movies, but Indy 4 is just such a bad idea that I don't understand why anyone wants to make it. The last movie came out in 1989. Harrison Ford will be 65 years old later this year. Why can't they just leave well enough alone??

I hope Biel can keep her focus on her career instead of veering off into too much partying. She has great potential, if she uses it right.
