Lohan Series a Reality, Will Clear Up "Misconceptions"

On Oct. 30, one day before Halloween brings its own brand of scariness, production will begin on an E! reality series starring Lindsay Lohan's mother, Dina, and her kid sister, Ali. "There are so many misconceptions about me and my family," Dina tells People. "I'm setting the record straight."

The as-yet-untitled series — I hereby suggest "How Lohan Can You Go?" — will show Dina as a working mom cultivating the careers of Ali and other young performers. As for LiLo herself possibly popping up, Dina says, "Lindsay will lend a helping hand if Ali asks her when she's in the recording studio." In the recording studio? With help like that, who needs hindrance.

LOL! LOVE your suggested title, Matt! What could possibly be more appropriate? Dina Lohan reminds us of why the term "stage mother" has such bad connotations. That E! would encourage her is just sick and wrong.

This is a great idea! Britney's reality show Chaos did such a great job showing us we were wrong about her, and let us see that she's really such a smart, level-headed, talented young woman... ... ... Anyways.

Ya know, MY calendar says October 26th NOT April 1st. So, it's not April Fools Day but, someone has got to be a FOOL at "E!" to even come up with a lame brain idea for Ditzee Dina to have her own show. Ranks right up there with Lynne Spears writing a book. Does she even know that a book is....words that form sentences..read left to right. Never mind, I need another cup of coffee!!

What she needs to do is stop trying to "set the record straight" with the public, and start paying attention to her family. There is a reason why Lindsey Lohan turned out the way she is and she needs to address that.

... That you are a fame whore, Mrs Lohan? I really hope her younger children get some stable influences in their lives otherwise they are heading down the same path as their older sister.

I can't imagine why a network would think we'd be interested in Dina Lohan and her "take" on the woes in her family. After each and every Lindsay drama, all we've heard is one excuse after the other about how it's always someone else's or something else's fault, never Lindsay's fault. We've seen Lindsay do alot of immature, and illegal, things, but then we also saw her be rewarded by checking in to a posh resort which they call a rehab. Yes, we like to hear about celebrities, but sometimes it's sickening to hear about what they get away with.

I hope dear Dinah's show does as well as crazy Paula's. "How Lohan Can You Go?", indeed. The barometer here will be how low we, the audience, is prepared to go. Good luck, Lindsay. With parents like yours, it's sort of amazing that you are even alive.
