Lindsay Lohan Exits Rehab; Next Stop the VMAs?

After a full 10 weeks at Utah's Cirque Lodge treatment center, Lindsay Lohan has checked out of rehab. "I'm proud of her," mom Dina tells People. "Things were getting out of control. She took action. She took responsibility. She really needed to heal." Adds dad Michael, "Now that she is going out into the world, I can only hope for the best."

Lohan's third and longest rehab came after she crashed her Benz into a tree and then, in a separate incident, was arrested for DUI after allegedly chasing an ex-employee's mother in her SUV (and in the process getting pinched for possessing cocaine). Now, several Britney meltdowns later, she looks comparatively puritan.

Good Luck to you Lindsay, and welcome back!! Hopefully you'll stay out of the night spots, and stay away from all of the wrong type of friends!! Your talent shouldn't be wasted, and you have a lot of us pulling for you!! You can still have a good time without getting wasted. I wish you the best!!!

WOW! 10 whole weeks in rehab. And we should care, why? The trick is to not need to go back within 10 weeks. Next time take your mother in with you...as a fellow patient.

One website I was on claimed that she was drinking (and more) while in rehab. When you are famous you can get alot delivered by people who want to be your friends. Hope it isn't true but I guess we will have to wait and see.

Very good for her... hoping now that she's really off the juice for a while and can show all of the naysayers that all she had to put in was a time out period and some useful determination.... go win an Oscar!

You can't really fix something once it's broken...but you can glue and tape it back together and hope it holds for a while before you re-tape and re-glue again and again and again.
So I'll save my sympathy for someone who really cannot help being a bad situation, not some spoiled poor little rich b*itch Lindsey.
Sorry, I have more sympathy for a stray dog--at least the dog can be trained and rehabilitated.

Hmmm lets see...Arrested for DUI more than once, chasing down an ex employee in her SUV while intoxicated, and busted for cocaine possession as well? How is it that this dip stick is not in jail where she belongs for a while! Not in a nice posh rehab resort, which we already know hasn't done squat for her twice before! Must be nice to be in movies and have money!

so Its so super funny because i live in utah and i saw linsday at a bar on like friday or saturday in salt lake city. So rehab didn't go so well unless she was on a field trip.
