Prosecutors have accused Michelle Rodriguez of violating her probation in a 2003 drunk-driving case by failing to complete her community service and not following an alcohol education program. If the actress is found to have violated her probation, she could face between 477 and 537 days in jail and a $2,000 fine. Her attorney on Friday blamed "a clerical error" for the community-service discrepancy. A hearing is set for Oct. 12.... Kiefer Sutherland on Friday was officially charged with single counts of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level above .08. If convicted, he faces a max of a year in jail and a minimum of four days. If found guilty of violating probation with his second DUI in 10 years, he could get hit with an additional six months.

This one has no clue how deep she is in it..sad denile of even having a drinking problem...if she ever does get it...she will look back on how arrogant and foolish she was at this stage of her life....being on a one of the biggest shows..."working"..( lol) in..heaven..aka Hawaii ...super cast and crew...great money and getting to make great work with great people..all because she is too cool for school..if she wasn't a drunk before she will be after in "the land of regret"...i had it all...and threw it away...poor me...another.....what a dummy

Throw the book at both of them!! Living in Los Angeles, I am sick and tired of hearing these Hollywood folks getting off with a slap on the wrist. This is the SECOND time Rodriguez has violated this same parole. It's time for her to do her time and get her drunk butt off the streets! Same goes for Sutherland. I don't care how famous he is or how popular his show is. I don't want his drunk self careening down my streets.

LA is _my_ home, too, and I want it safe from these people that think they have it coming to them because they're "famous."

wow. you just know that she's guilty. first off, she didn't actually drive drunk again. they have no record of her community service. that's all. her lawyer is very likely to have his own records which will be presented at the hearing and that will be the end of that.

and what about the dozens of non famous drunk folks. don't hear you getting mad about them. a lot of them get a slap on the wrist as well. and they aren't celebs. more like the jails are too dang full to put anyone away. so they don't. that's why Paris Hilton only did what, 3 days out of 45. it wasn't cause she's famous. it's cause the LA Jails are screwed.

Hey crazedtvfanboy, check the statistics and you'll find that the jails are full up with NON celebrities. Check those same statistics and you'll find that celebs get released early or don't even do time MORE than NON celebs. And I didn't say anything about non celebs because ... this article isn't about them. I stay on topic. And as far as whether she's guilty or not ... she admitted herself that she was in NY when she was reported to have been in LA doing community service. Kind of hard to be in two places at the same time, yeah?
