Legal Briefs: Esai Morales Rape Talk, Work Out Suit

Esai Morales' former girlfriend, Elizabeth Mazzocchi, is holding a press conference Friday morning to "inform the public of previously undisclosed information concerning [Morales'] alleged past acts of rape and sexual misconduct," so that "other potential victims of Mr. Morales will feel empowered to come forward".... TV producer David Russo has sued his former agent, Amy Shpall, claiming she stole his idea for a reality show set in a gym — aka Bravo's Work Out. Per the Reporter, Shpall has yet to be reached for comment.

Eek, I liked Esai Morales and I really hope that this allegiations, among others, aren't true.

If true, shame on him. If false, it's really sad that people have to behave like idiots when they break up, or get rejected. I guess it's better than the murder-suicide we see elsewhere, though...if barely.
