Apparently, Kiefer Sutherland was married for eight years — and now he's officially divorced, says the AP. It's been more than four years since Sutherland filed divorce papers to end his marriage to Elizabeth Kelly Winn, and the judgment was just filed this week.
Sutherland initiated divorce proceedings in 2004, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple have no children together.
On a lighter note, however, the actor has been hyping the next season of 24, and is off to South Africa to begin filming this summer.... All of which obscured his lingering divorce suit. Is anyone else surprised by the news? — Anna Dimond
