No Jail for Nicole Richie Today
Despite earlier reports that Richie would turn herself in to serve her four-day sentence later today, she will not go to jail tonight, according to TMZ.
The pregnant Simple Life starlet will complete her sentence — resulting from a DUI charge back in December — in Lynwood jail, the same place Paris Hilton paid her consequences.

This sentence is a joke. She'll check in after 11:00 p.m., so that will be considered one day. Then she'll get her sentence halved for "good behavior", which Lynwood always does. So, she'll end up spending only a matter of hours in jail.
But I bet she'll be a fantastic mother!
