Incredulous Hulk Learns of Divorce from Reporter

Hogan may know best, but he apparently doesn't know his wife's every move. The St. Petersburg Times reported on Friday that Linda Hogan has filed for divorce from her husband Hulk Hogan — and then later went on to apprise the famed wrestler himself. "Thank you for the great information," Hulk responded upon learning of the divorce action from a Times scribe. "My wife has been in California for about three weeks.... Wow, you just knocked the bottom out of me."
Hulk and Linda had attended marital counseling during the most recent season of Hogan Knows Best, and the therapy seemed to be successful. (Then again, body slams seem real, too.)

the Hulkamator or whatever he calls himself seems like a super-sweet guy  This sucks! also: Mitovich is my future boyfriend.. i've e-fallen in love with him via the podcast, and his writing on here!!! yes, i am assuming he's straight. but i'm rich!! i shall have him mwahahahaha!! :P

You know what? I'm heartsick. Absolutely heartsick. I've watched 'Hogan's Rules' and always thought that the whole family, with the exception of their wealth, was much more down to earth than 'The Osbournes'.
I also liked the fact that Hulk Hogan had a wife that was not only around his age, but was not some stick Barbie doll....oh...and that he was actually in love with!!! That you can't fake and I really thought the counseling helped as well.
I really hope they can still work things out. There is a lot of love there. I do kind of wonder if the son's legal situation might have exacerbated their marital rift in someway? Well whatever Hulk and Linda's problems are, I still hope they can work things out.

Hate to hear this. I think they seem like really genuine warm people and I am sorry they are going through this difficult time, I hope it all works out for them.

I really hope they can work things out. I have always loved watching the Hulk on wrestling and was truly awed at his family. His wife is beautiful and exactly the type of person I would have imagined him with. I honestly believe they all still belong together. And as far as being real, like a previous person quoted, they are much more of a real family than the Osbournes or the Simmons' families. Hulk, Linda: Please try and work it out. You all are awesome together!

I think this horrible mess with their son was probably the last straw. What is odd is that she is the one making stupid comments in fromt of the microphones. Their son should really go to jail. He has had so many brushes with the law but his dad keeps bailing him out. Now that poor guy who just got back from Iraq is in a coma and not expected to ever get any better. And tfhe son is so far getting a slap on the wrist and a fine. Its a big deal down here in Tampa. Hogan has a good rep but this is really hurting his image.

His wife is an ungrateful whore. He has been an outstanding father and husband. She is a very petty person. She in now way could make it on her own, so she is now going to bend the hulk over and take him for everything he has.

It is tragic all the way around. It is rare to see such a high profile person as "Hulk Hogan" have such passion for his marriage and family. He does not impress me as a person who is spoiled and obnoxious due to their success. I surely hope the issues can be worked-out and the marriage saved.

Linda, it is so obvious to everyone that Terry (Hulk) is deeply in love with you! Of course, we can't see what happens when the cameras are off, but he reminds me a LOT of my late father, so I think I get him. Short of abuse, I can't imagine what it is that troubles you. I think we women these days expect men to be something they are not. Terry is a provider, a protector, and so obviously smitten with you. I can't imagine a man suited better for you! My grandparents were known to have a great marriage, but once my grandma explained to me that they had considered divorce in the 1930's, rare at the time. They worked through it to become the most envied couple around. Please reconsider and do the hard work it takes to make your marriage soar and keep your family complete. Please!

You'd have to be a heartless witch to not tell someone that you are proceeding with a divorce. She knows that they are in the public eye and that someone would obviously find out and tell him. What kind of a person doesn't at least tell their husband of this many years either by person or by phone to discuss that she was doing it? What an adult she is! But I bet she'll show up to court to get as much money as she can. Maybe she's not happy that he's not working in wrestling and bringing in as much money as he used to. No matter what the reason though, she should have took the high road and made him aware of it and not had him find out this way. How horrible that must be and how thoughtless of her!

Give Linda a break!! I am sure that it has NOT been easy being married to Hulk Hogan for the past 20 or more years. He mentioned at the beginning of the Hogan Knows Best series that he was on the road wrestling for most of his kids' youth. That means, Linda stayed at home alone with the kids, while he more than likely had some female company on some lonely nights.
Anyways, it's obvious she forgave him but enough is enough! They are going through so much right now with their son and she is devastated. This was probably an impulsive move on her part as a way of coping.

Linda got the big head even since Hongan's fame got her on the Hogan Knows Best Show.
Linda, being the fool she is, has constantly tried to change Hogan, including his looks, when it is Hogan's looks that has given her all that money, and the spoiled lifestyle she lives.
This is the second biggest mistake Linda has ever made.
Her biggest mistake is not appreiating all Hogan has given her, the spoiled life he has provided her, and all the love he gives her despite how abusive she is, and undeserving she really is.
She DESERVES the future she is going to end up with. Oh she may get wined and dined some by younger guys now, as they eye her fame, and money, but she is destroying the cash cow and the day is coming when her easy life will be gone.
Linda has exposed her true colors. When times get tough Linda gets going. Can anyone spell "Gold digger tramp?"
Hogan DESERVES so much better then her.
