Howie Mandel: Deal Me In on New Sitcom

Deal or No Deal host Howie Mandel has signed on to star in and executive-produce a new sitcom for NBC.

Hoping to make use of Mandel's ad-lib comedic abilities, NBC has given the nod to Howie Do It, an unscripted weekly laffer. — J.R. Whalen

Maybe the show will be about the comic misadventures of a man who goes through life trying not to shake people's hands.

Somebody tell Benn Silverman to get out of the industry. This story makes me want to throw up. There is a reason Howie Mandel was out of the spot light for so long - he is incapable of carrying a scripted show!!!!
