Housewives Return Date Is Revealed! Plus, Who Died?

Jan. 6 — that's when it will be confirmed who died in the tornado that struck Desperate Housewives' Wisteria Lane in the Dec. 2 episode. It also could be the last original episode fans see this season if the WGA strike isn't resolved soon. Luckily, it's a good one. "It's even better than the last," says a source. "It's super-gripping, it addresses so many storylines, and it answers so many questions that viewers have been asking all season."

So, to be blunt, who's toast? Viewers will learn (Spoiler alert) that Gaby's husband, Victor, was indeed killed by the tornado (or, more specifically, a picket through the chest). Also done-for is Sylvia, the patient who was stalking Nathan Fillion's doc. The fate of Carlos, who was left for dead on the floor of his house, will be confirmed, and Housewives fans will also discover who survived the collapse of Mrs. McCluskey's home, in which Tom and Ida were taking cover. If they kill anyone else off, it'll be Ida. No way they'll kill off Tom or any of the kids. Although that would really be more dramatic to have one of the kids not make it and see how Tom and Lynette handle it whenever the dang strike ends, I doubt they'll have the guts to try it. Although it could be Tom's little girl.

Hold on--- I thought it hadn't been confirmed about which house it actually was that was leveled. Some reports say it was Lynette's house and some reports say it was Mrs. McClusky's house. Is it now official that it was in fact Mrs. McClusky's house?

It was Mrs. McClusky's house. When you watch the episode Lynette and Mrs McClusky ran out of the house to find the cat. When they saw the tornado they started to run back to Mrs. McClusky's house, but the grill fell in front of them. So they ran into Lynette's house, got into the tub with the mattress over them. After the tornado was done Lynette went outside and look across the street to where Mrs. McClusky's house once stood. It was gone.

Some reports say it was Lynette's house and some reports say it was Mrs. McClusky's house. By "some reports", you must mean Kristin over at E! She obviously didn't watch the episode, even though she said that she did.

Not could at all! WILL. The opening line of the last episode said one would lose a husband and all would lose a friend. Well Vistor is obviously the husband. But I would hardley call him or Stalker lady a "friend" to any of them. I do not think tom is dead, because the opening line said one would lose a hubby,not 2. So that still leaves a friend to die...

didn't a spoiler say that there was a funeral scene and ashes spread on a baseball field? i hate to say it but couldn't that be one of lynette's boys?

I think the other death is Ida. Because Mary Alice said something like "a housewive will loses a husband and a friend." Gaby's husband Victor died, and Im thinking the friend could be Ida. I don't think none of the Scavo kids or Tom died either. I also heard Dana Delaney say on The View that there were 3 instead of 2 deaths. I hope Carlos isnt the other one that isnt dead.

Well, it is stated as 2 in the intro thing, but Dana D. said 3 and there would be 3 if you counted Sylvia in the mix. She wasn't a friend of anyone there, just the 3rd death. So it would be Victor, presumably Ida, and Sylvia.
