Since when are these two chummy? Hmm. I've got an interesting perspective on that particular moment in this week's Mega Minute.

That's what he was busy with in the late '80s? He couldn’t have saved us from, like, Who's That Girl? or the Beach Boys' "Kokomo"?

I am digging the premise that there was a holding cell for specially abled baddies. That said, "the greatest threat to society" immediately makes me think of the popularity of The Hills.

Gotta be one of them apocalyptic dreams, right? And how come the city is never some rural berg like Youngstown, Ohio?

Otherwise known as the ending to Hayden and Milo's worst date ever. But seriously, what's up with brunette and badass Claire-bear? Did the cheer squad lose regionals? (And their contract with Clairol?)
Cheerleading jokes aside, the last part has Peter with a scar and Claire with dark hair. Along with the gun-pointing, I would say this is probably the alternate versions of them from 'Five Years Gone'.

I was thinking that the Claire at the end is Sylar. He killed Candace last season, so we know he "absorbed" her shape-shifting powers. And right before dark-haired Claire apparently shoots alt-Peter, she says something like "don't you remember, I'm very special," which echoes what Mama Petrelli said to Sylar in the beginning of the clip...
Also, the old man with Nikki/Jessica in lingerie = Papa Petrelli??? Perhaps...
The writers have stated Sylar was unable to get any powers he tried to get during the time he had the virus - and this includes Candice. Thank god, he having that power would be deadly - just look at season one.

Random thought: I just watched Season 1 of Grey's (again!) and I realized "Mohinder" plays one of the doctors who bets that George will wimp out on his first appendectomy. I guess Mohinder gets "seduced by the dark side of the Force".
If it's the same trailer they've been showing during the Olympics, the "old guy" with Jessica/Nikki is Bruce Boxleitner, whatever character he's playing...
I had to pause it to make out who it was, but "old guy"? Geez...
