The Food Network star's new baby, Jade Marie De Laurentiis Thompson, is the first for De Laurentiis, 37, and her husband Todd Thompson, 44. Jade Marie was born in Los Angeles on March 29, weighing 5 lbs, 13 oz.
De Laurentiis, who hosts Everyday Italian and appears occasionally on NBC's Today, has not yet announced plans to include little Jade in her shows. Personally, I'm waiting for a kids' cooking show — that is, once her daughter's old enough to hold a spoon. — Anna Dimond
