A revamped revamp of its midseason schedule finds Fox saving its fresh fare for later in the year and in cushier spots. New Amsterdam and Canterbury's Law will both now premiere in the spring, airing on Monday (versus Friday) night. Other highlights:

• After Prison Break airs its final fresh episode on Feb. 18, and the two-hour Sarah Connor Chronicles finale airs on March 3, House repeats will air Mondays at 8, followed by New Amsterdam (which sneak-peeks March 4 and 6). Canterbury's Law debuts April 14, at 9 pm.

• New episodes of Back to You will lead out of 90-minute American Idols on Feb. 26, 27, and March 25. 'Til Death returns with new episodes on Friday, March 14, at 8 pm, followed by The Return of Jezebel James (which previews two nights earlier).

• Three Thursday airings of Idol have been added, on Feb. 21, 28 and March 6.

A Thursday airing ON TOP of the other regular airings? Good people what do you see in this show??? I was bored midway though season 3 (and I didn't even watch any of 1 or most of 2!)

Everytime I see an ad for Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles I think about all the bitching and moaning over how the Bionic Woman's Michelle Ryan looks nothing like "the real Jamie Sommers" (Lindsey Wagner). I guess they'll do the same thing to this show, too. Nothing like trying to reach a collective fan base that has a built-in chip on its shoulder.

Over all, the new Fox Line up looks intriguing, although I agree with a previous poster that a fourth night of AI may be a bit much, and I like the show.

Well, unless there's a settlement on Jan. 6 (which is when talks are supposed to resume), I guess that means no "24" this season...

SNL, it's my understanding that Fox made the decision to pull the plug on this season's 24 shortly after the strike began, one of the first casualties.

pull the plug isn't really accurate ctheslayer. they delayed this season until they could run the entire 24 hours in a row. given how long the strike has gone on, it probably won't surface this year but never say never with fox...

Ack! The brainwashing worked on you! Calling a new episode "fresh" is just plain wrong.

Ahh...I googled it and sure enough, Fox "bactracked on the decision" about a week later - when I was on vacation. Thanks.

OMG another night for AI? This trainwreck sucks until the final 10 contestants.

I hardly think that the Bionic Woman failed because of the collective fan base thinking Michelle Ryan did not look like Lyndsay Wagner. It failed because it was too serious and boring.
I have seen the pilot for Sarah Connor Chronicles and it isn't much better.

What happen to Bones????

Bones was supposed to be airing on Friday once AI returned but Fox keeps changing their minds. 24 probably won't air this season either. I thought New Amsterdam had been cancelled before it even aired? Just goes to show how desperate networks are for material with the strike and all.
