As NBC and Fox already have done, CBS has revealed its premiere plan for this fall. And it looks like this:

Thursday, Sept. 18: Survivor

Monday, Sept. 22: Big Bang Theory, Mother, Two and a Half Men, Worst Week* and CSI: Miami

Tuesday, Sept. 23: NCIS, The Mentalist* and Without a Trace

Wednesday, Sept. 24: Old Christine, Project Gary*, Criminal Minds and CSI: NY

Sunday, Sept. 28: 60 Minutes, Amazing Race 13, Cold Case and The Unit

Friday, Oct. 3: Ghost Whisperer, The Ex List* and Numbers

Thursday, Oct. 9: CSI and Eleventh Hour*

* Denotes new series

The delay for some series (such as CSI) is being attributed to a couple weeks' worth of presidential debates.

I hope The Ex List fails miserably. That'll teach CBS to cancel Moonlight. Yeah, sure it will. ;)

Tuesday nights look like Must See TV. Starting the night with Mark Harmon and ending it with Anthony LaPaglia? Simply awesome!

Let's hope Simon Baker's show is good.

It's good to know for certain that NCIS will be returning on Sept 23. My DVR is biting at the bit for that date to roll around.

I'm glad CBS has moved Without A Trace to Tuesday night and I'm looking forward to trying The Mentalist.

I'm also happy that The Unit has gotten a reprieve and the Sunday night time-slot works well for me.

My final 2 CBS shows: NUMBERS and CSI: Miami are staying put in their respective time-slots so my TV week will work without any overlapping.

Oh, PLEASE let Horatio Cane die quickly on that tarmac!!! PLEASE . . . if there is a television god . . . let him be GONE!!!:_|

Okay, I know that won't happen, but I'm just "hopin' and wishin'" for an improved CSI Miami.

Oh, and what's your opinion of The Mentalist? It looks like a Psych ripoff. Somebody convince me otherwise.

Yay to The Amazing Race 13!
Seems like such a long time since the disappointing end to season 12 :-D

Chatty i agree, i cant wait for Tues night TV. Simon Baker is hot and now we have him between Gibbs and Jack, what more could a girl ask for......Tony (hehe)........I'm looking forward to Project Gary, I love Jat Mohr, Amazing Race 13, yeah!!! Fir has me for Numbers only, Ex-List does not look appealing to me at all and Eleventh Hour i will give a shot, depending on what is on opposite it. It's in the Lost time slot and day so who knows. I just know i am tired of nothing on TV except for SYTYCD (love it). and why cant we comment like this about our soap updates????

I really don't see anything in the new shows that peaked my interest. I really couldn't get in to Moonlight--too much like the Canadian series Forever Knight.Without a Trace move is a bummer as Tuesday and Thursdays are the only nights that I work. I usually watch NCIS the next day on the CBS website.
Sorry but I think Amazing Race is stupid. In fact I think all reality shows are stupid. There is nothing real about them. Who would ever do that stuff in real life with NO TV cameras around! I mean give me a break.
