Not necessarily, remember Vulcan's don't age at the same rate as humans. She can play his mother and still be a hot young thing!

Not necessarily, remember Vulcan's don't age at the same rate as humans. She can play his mother and still be a hot young thing! The problem with that theory is his mother wasn't vulcan. She was human. I don't have any problem with Winona Ryder as an actress, but I think she's miscast in this kind of role.

I was just looking at images of Winona and Zach, and there are some physical similarities between the two... so I suppose JJ could make it work - and if anyone could, it's JJ.
