Eva Sizes Up Our Housewives' Spoiler: "I Will Look Different...."

What do the Desperate Housewives themselves think about the possible season-ending shockeroo — first reported on by TVGuide.com — that the closing moments of the season finale will either leap the Wisteria Laners five years into the future or rewind the whole show several years back, to well before Mary Alice offed herself? Speaking to TV's Extra about the time warps, Eva Longoria Parker said, "We don't actually know" what exactly DH has planned, but added: "Marc Cherry says that he has something special in store."

Special as in, "Hey, you're suddenly older!" or "Hey, you're suddenly younger"? "I will look different," Parker said, "but that’s all I know." — MWM

well, they would be pulling a One Tree Hill going five years into the future, but i guess if they do it right it wouldn't do any harm to the show. now, if going back five years means recasting julie, andrew, danielle nad losing james denton, DON'T!

I don't really care one way or the other - I love this show - and so far they've done right by me - so I'll go with the flow and see where it takes me - and if I'm NOT enjoying it I'll be VERY surprised!

I would love if they where jumping ahead. I would love to see how everything has changed. The past is past, we know what happened. I would be most excited about Bree's (Danielle's) Baby and also Susan's baby...I almost forgot she is still pregnant. Carlos is blind and his relationship with Gabby would be extremely interesting. There is so much to work with if they go to the future. I predict they are going to make that jump. Plus I doubt they would go back seeing how every teenager or child the characters have would get younger and it is really hard to work on set with kids needing special treatment/care. I can't wait till the show starts back up.

If they went back, then we could get Stephen Culp. Killing off Rex was the worst move the show made. However, I doubt they go back. I'm not sure how moving forward will help the show. After the tornado gimmick, the show is on the verge of being a parody of itself, which is too bad. Season 1 was such a refreshing change from the usual TV.

I think the flashfoward would be good. And if we go back five years of the show wouldn't that mean no Gaby and Carlos since from the season finale of season 2 didn't Mary Alice say that two years prior they had moved in? So maybe the mystery would be on them as a couple for a new storyline. Or not having them as at all. But then again Eva has said she will look different. Aa for the scavo kids, see you later, bye! I think the only Scavo kid I'll miss is the oldest boy Parker. But it would suck not having Mike around but hey we may have Rex back, and George and Paul and Zach and Mrs. Huber. But I would rather them stick to the flash foward. Now if they do that. Would we still have Katherine Mayfair?
