Judge Rules in Favor of Denise Richards' Reality Show

This certainly was a hot topic among you all on Tuesday, and the latest development is sure to keep keyboards wagging. The judge in the Denise Richards/Charlie Sheen custody battle has given a green light to Richards' reality series, in which her and Sheen's children would be participating. However, according to TMZ, certain ground rules will have to be followed by Richards. Among them, I would have to imagine, is not subjecting the rugrats to The World Is Not Enough.

Seriously? The legal system in this country can be so mind boggling to me. The judge in question should be ashamed of themselves.

I totally agree abbeyroad21. What was that judge thinking. I just hope most people do not watch her ridiculous reality show! She has clearly lost her mind.

This is the most disgusting thing I've heard in a long time. I imagine there are strict guidelines in place for the judge to have okayed it, but morally it is so wrong.

Charlie at least you tried......

Just because he's a non-custodial parent, that doesn't make his objections to their being on the show invalid. They're minors, and this isn't like a squabble over what school they should go to or if they can go to the Hamptons with Mommy for a holiday weekend.

Whoa. First K-Fed; now Charlie Sheen is coming across as the mature, responsible parent. Who's next? Michael Jackson?

Parading her kids in the limelight so SHE can make money? The girl should be ashamed. I hope that the kids, at least, will receive paychecks in their name, so they have $$ for therapy as they get older. All I can think is... maybe this is an test to see how low ratings can actually go.

Not only is justice blind--it's downright stupid. I thought judges were becoming more hard-nosed with celebrities? Once again, the kids will be the ones that end up getting screwed. Charlie should be the one taking care of them and just let Dopey Denise do her "reality" thing. Please let this show fail as fast as possible, which should be given considering what a talentless twit she is.

It seems that in the judges mind Denise can do not wrong and Charlie can do not right. Charlie has a right to say wether or not his children should be put infront of the camera and exposed to the dangers that comes with being put out there for the world.

All I can think is... maybe this is an test to see how low ratings can actually go. - bantling14, I'm still laughing, thanks. That was a good one.

Let's just all agree to not watch even a second of this reality show (why in the world would I want to watch Denise "I'm the worst actress in the world" Richards in a reality show anyways?), so that these poor innocent children will no longer have to be subjected to this. Let's just hope it gets canceled after the first episode.

One more comment: Denise Richards is creeping up on Britney for being the worst celeb mom. Let's just hope that one day Charlie Sheen gets custody of those kids. They would be far less screwed up! (wow, never thought I'd say that Charlie Sheen would screw his children up less than anyone else).
