Courteney Cox Leads Million-dollar March

Courteney Cox and David Arquette are challenging their famous friends to raise $1 million in two weeks for epidermolysis bullosa, a rare genetic disorder that primarily affects children and causes the skin to blister at the slightest touch. Most victims don't live beyond age 30.

"Now is an important time to put the spotlight on EB and ensure that research can continue at a fast pace," Cox tells the AP. Joining the marrieds in their million-dollar mission are Jennifer Aniston, Orlando Bloom, Kate Beckinsale, Rashida Jones, James Marsden and Eva Longoria Parker.
