CMT Gone Country for a Second Season

CMT has picked up Gone Country for a second season. The reality series' premiere season, where celebs vie for a shot at releasing their own country music album, became the network's highest-rated series ever.

Actress Sean Young, 'N Sync's Chris Kirkpatrick and former Jackson 5er Jermaine Jackson are among those who have signed on for the second season, which launches in August.

John Rich (half of Big & Rich) will also return to host and select the winner. — J.R. Whalen
