According to the Reporter, Batman frontman Christian Bale is in talks to join another boffo franchise, playing a grown-up John Connor in Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins. (Hey, I think Phantom Menace just lost the honor of worst film title ever.)

Bale is currently lensing the Batman Begins follow-up The Dark Knight; McG (Charlie's Angels) is in negotiations to direct this latest Terminator trip.

I would love to see Christian Bale as John Connor. Although I'm a big fan of his, I have not gone to some of his movies because they don't interest me (like Harsh Times & Rescue Dawn), I'd like very much to see this one. And I'm eagerly awaiting The Dark Knight.

Wouldn't it be nice if he did a romance? I loved him as Laurie in Little Women.

I think Christian Bale is a great actor, but most of his movies don't interest me except Batman begins and the highly anticipated DARK NIGHT...so it would definitely be great to see him in movie I would watch anyways..

I have loved Bale since his debut in Empire of the Sun. I love seeing him in the big budget movies so others can appreciate him but I hope he never loses his indie sense.

Is the new Batman movie a remake of the very 1st movie (w/ michael keaton)? It has the joker in it and they already did a movie w/ the joker. So it has to be a remake... right?

How about Can Hieronymus Merkin Ever Forget Mercy Humppe and Find True Happiness? or Oh Dad, Poor Dad, Mama's Hung You in the Closet and I'm Feeling So Sad?

Just try to create a McDonald's Happy Meal toy for those.
