Carrie Underwood Is One Va-Va-Va-Vegetarian

Carrie Underwood and Tonight Show band leader Kevin Eubanks are the World's Sexiest Vegetarian female and male for 2007, as voted on in a month-long poll at PETA.org. This marks a second win for Underwood, who previously claimed the honor in '05.

Despite not campaigning at all, TV Guide's own Michael Ausiello this year came in (what we are calling) "fourth," placing alongside the likes of runners-up Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes) and Joaquin Phoenix. Among the femmes, Kristen Bell (2006's list-topper) and Spider-Man 3's Bryce Dallas Howard trailed the Idol.

Remember, the thing about sexiest vegetarian contests is you really can't have a beef with the results.

Matt, when Michael gets out of bed in a couple of days, would you please convey my condolences?

Thanks.:(

cpreynolds..... actually, there is a note on another article that Today's news was written by Ben today.....
annoying how it still puts Matt's name up, so Ben doesn't get his credit....

Actually, countryshel6, only the items appearing between Ben Katner's two credits on any given day (e.g. Tuesday's "Paris Hilton Freed" and "Short Cuts" blurbs) are actually written by him. It's an imperfect accreditation system, but why quibble?

"... why quibble?"

Have you ever read the internet? Quibbling is bigger than porn.

For crying out loud, mooshki, everybody knows it's porn, shopping, and then quibbling. Jeez.

Quibble. Funny word. :^O

I think you should change your "Short cuts" headlines to "Quibbles 'n' Bits"! :^O

How sad is it that I'm stone-cold sober and I find this crap so funny!

Quibble. Quibble. Quibble.

Your last line made me spit up cereal all over my keyboard, MWM. So, thanks for that. Then I did it again when I read mooshkie's comment.

Where's that compressed air thing now?

You are so busy Matt that both you and Ben post on the same day?? And here I thought I had it all figured out how to tell your writing styles apart! Apparently, I'm not as smart as I like to make my daughter think I am.... HAHA
Thanks for correcting me Matt.

Quibbling? Who's quibbling? We don't quibble around here... more like friendly bantering... until it gets heated along the line and becomes a little unfriendly sometimes! Wait, what's the official definition of quibble??

My apologies cpreynolds :)
