Britney Promises "A Lot of Fun" with Mother Encore

"I had such a great experience last time I was on the show, I couldn't wait to come back" — so goes Britney Spears' own take on her second guest appearance on CBS' How I Met Your Mother, airing next Monday, May 12.

The set-up this time: In the midst of a falling out with his "bro," Barney recruits Spears' Abby to antagonize Ted by flaunting his "romance" with the slightly crazy receptionist in Ted's face. "Abby is going to have a lot of fun," Spears promises. — MWM

I love it, because it's just so in line with who Barney is. He screws up by breaking the bro code so what does he do - Heartfelt apologies? Groveling? Trying to be a better person? Of course not. Legendary hairbrained scheme that will bewilder and baffle? Cha-ching!

They're giving her a bigger part then the first episode she was in? Not a good idea unless you want to crash and burn. She obviously can't act.

If it helps the ratings I guess people will deal with it, even if it means sacrificing quality.
