Box Office: Disturbia Dulls Blades

Shia LaBeouf's Disturbia topped the weekend box office with a $23 million haul, knocking Blades of Glory ($14.1 million) out of the No. 1 spot for the first time in three weeks. Rounding out the top five were Meet the Robinsons ($12.1 mil), Perfect Stranger (debuting with $11.5 mil) and Are We Done Yet? ($9.2 mil). In its second weekend of release, Grindhouse dropped to No. 10, with $4.2 million, fueling talk that each half of its double bill will be released separately in the U.S. later this year.

Even if they release the movies separately, tehy'll still flop. So what's the difference? That'll be like putting Glitter and From Justin to Kelly together and calling it the best movie ever made.
