The ION Television network has inked a deal to air Boston Legal repeats on weeknights this fall.... WWE has narrowed the list of contenders to host its SmackDown series to MyNetworkTV and Tribune Broadcasting (as in Superstation WGN), says TV Week.... People and OK! are reportedly coughing up $6 million to share dibs on the first pics of Jennifer Lopez's forthcoming twins, says PageSix.com.... ReelzChannel has acquired second-run rights to At the Movies with Ebert & Roeper, starting next week.

ION Television is a broadcast and cable television network first broadcast on August 31, 1998. The network is owned by ION Media Networks (formerly Paxson Communications). As of 2006, the network was viewable in approximately 91 million homes, "or 83% of primetime television households in the U.S. through [its] broadcast television station group and pursuant to distribution arrangements with cable and satellite distribution systems."[1] The network has 94 VHF and UHF-owned-and-operated or affiliate stations in the U.S.
The network changed its name from PAX TV to i: Independent Television on July 1, 2005, and then to ION Television on January 29, 2007.
