Forty-year-old Bill Germanakos on Tuesday won the latest cycle of NBC's The Biggest Loser and snagged the $250,000 prize, having lost 164 pounds and 49 percent of his original weight to get there. Bill bested his three teammates, Isabeau, Hollie and Julie, even as the odds that a woman would win Loser for the first time ever worked against him.
As if that wasn't enough celebration, Bill's twin/fellow contestant Jim lost 186 pounds and won $100K, having fared the best of the eliminated players. Stay tuned for a new season of the Biggest Loser, kicking off on New Year's Day. — Maya Schechter
