Prison Break's former Tweener, Lane Garrison, was sentenced on Wednesday to three years and four months in prison for the drunk-driving incident that resulted in the death of a 17-year-old passenger. "The public has the right to know that conduct such as this, causing devastation such as this" won't go unpunished, Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox told the actor. "Unfortunately, in this case, you have to be the messenger." Just be sure to speak slowly when delivering that message to Paris and Nicole. — Ben Katner

Let us hope Paris and Nicole are thanking their lucky stars they didn't kill anybody. Maybe this will serve as a wakeup call for young Hollywood. I'm not counting on it, but it would be great to see.

Why is his prison sentence a bad break? He is guilty of killing one of his passengers while driving under the influence of both alcohol and drugs and then he lied about how much he had to drink when he was caught. I'd say the sentence is a little on the low side - he should serve more time in my opinion but I'm glad he will do time in prison instead of just community service or parole. I'm sorry for the friends and especially the family of his victim.
