Previously, Avril claimed she had never heard of the Rubinoos' track, but her manager opted to avoid a costly legal battle and strike a deal, the terms of which have not been disclosed. ok i think this is stupid i mean why would she wanna copy somebody else's song when she could easily write something of her own?
