ABC Vetoes Big Brother "Sequel"
ABC has passed on the chance to acquire Golden Cage, the successor to Big Brother, citing no, not highbrow tastes, but prohibitive production costs. According to the Reporter, Golden Cage — which has broadcast in the Netherlands — has strangers cohabitate in a luxurious house with one goal: to irritate the other inhabitants into submission. Last man standing gets the house.
