ABC Sitcoms' 9 pm Time Slot Is Lost to Lost
ABC has temporarily sidelined (because I know how some of you bristle at the word "shelved") the Wednesdays-at-9 sitcombo of According to Jim and In Case of Emergency so as to lead in to the fresh Feb. 14 and 21 episodes of Lost with encores of the show's previous eppy. (For example, "Not in Portland" will air this Wednesday following Knights of Prosperity.)
Now, I could be snarky here and say, "Hey, Lost, how about that much-ballyhooed 'No Repeats' mantra?" But 1) slotting a "refresher" episode in front of a new one isn't what they meant, and 2) I'm a better person than that.
The worst part of this? You will have to wait another two weeks for my saucy Q&A with ICE guest star Jane Seymour.

If ABC can push the same GA episode two days in a row, I don't see why showing last week's Lost episode first should be a cause for comment. ">
HBO shows 'last week' prior to new episodes all the time with several shows, including Rome and The Sopranos. MTV does it with multiple episodes of their 'RW' and challenge shows--several times a week!
It's not some weird new strategy no other network's ever tried. Frankly, I think it will be nice to have something I WANT to watch on. I hate The Rude Show with People Singing.

Watching Lost again has to be better than watching One Tree Hill.

I am actually glad they are doing the repeat of last week, because I accidently erased that episode from my TIVO. Now, I will be able to watch it right before the new epi and get double the excitement.

I think it is a good idea. I'm not into ABC's comedies and since I missed last week's eppy of Lost now I can see it and get caught up before I see the new eppy.

I watched LOST last week and was aghast to find that the quality of writing had slid further down the sewer. What a bunch of sterotypes and cliches! KimPossible is more sophisticated and has plots more complex. What a shame. Dump Demon & Curse, or cancel the stinker. I can't believe The Nine got cancelled & ABC left Loser Lost on.
