ABC Casting for Next High School Musical Star

Here's your chance to "Get'cha Head in the Game."

ABC is casting nationwide, looking for the next member of the High School Musical sensation, and the audition process plays out in a new summer reality series. High School Musical: Summer Session, premiering in July, will follow 16- to 22-year-olds at auditions in Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, on May 7, and at a to-be-determined site in Southern California.

High School Musical wannabes can also learn eligibility requirements and apply online at abc.com. Finalists will take part in a summer music program, resulting in one winner.

Producers Jay Blumenfeld and Tony Marsh have yet to announce judges or a host of the show. — J.R. Whalen
