ABC has ordered three more scripts for Women's Murder Club, and not a moment too soon, given that a writers' strike could start as early as tomorrow. Cavemen and Big Shots are now the only new ABC series for which the net hasn't ordered additional episodes.... That's gotta sting: NBC has pulled The Singing Bee from its November-sweeps lineup and replaced it on Tuesday nights with supersized episodes of The Biggest Loser. — Ben Katner

When did "Big Shots" get an additional script order? I must have missed that one. Or is it a mistake?

Yea for WMC! It's rapidly becoming my Friday night must-see.

The strike is beginning to loom large, isn't it? I wonder if my local library will extend its hours.

WMC is certainly watchable. It could have a little more depth though. It's a drag that it's on opposite the only other show worth watching on Friday night-Friday Night Lights.

Does the new show order include Carpoolers? It's not the best show on TV but it's way better than I thought it would be and it's certainly leaps and bounds ahead of its Cavemen lead-in. You kind of knew that show was going nowhere when its creators decided not to use the Geico guys. Cheapskates.

I don't why BIG SHOTS is getting beat up so much. The cast is terrific and the show is great. I mean, give them a break.
