ABC Calls Off Emergency, Streams Degrees
Poor In Case of Emergency. The ABC newbie had only one week left in its only recently extended run, but the network is yanking it on April 18 and putting a Lost repeat in its place. And speaking of dead series, the Alphabet net is adding to its website the first of the remaining five episodes of Six Degrees, on April 27.

Seems like ABC likes pulling shows when they only had one episode left. They thrive on the fan's pain. ">

Crap! I really like In Case of Emergency. No really.
I thought it was a good sign when they pulled the Mick Jagger show but kept this one on. Is there any chance at all it'll be back next year Matt?

A Lost repeat? As in the "No repeats" Lost? It can't be THAT Lost. ABC would not do that. Not after messing with us and yanking Lost for a bunch of weeks so there would be "No Repeats". ABC would never do that to us. Would they? Oh, yeah, that's right. They would.

Aw, quit yer bichin'! There will be a new episode that very same night immediately following it, so they haven't broken their "no repeats" rule. There are still no weeks without a new Lost and still no repeats in its regular time slot. This 9:00 showing will likely be an encore presentation of the previous week's episode, which they've already done once or twice this season.

Didn't know that showing a repeat isnt a repeat if it is in a different time slot, Lyle. That's a new thing. I'm just sick of ABC lying to the viewers. And they yank good shows with almost no trial period. As in Night Stalker, which was yanked in the middle of a 2 parter. But yes, a repeat IS a repeat, no matter when it runs.

Is there any news at all about whether or not ABC is planning to burn off remaining episodes of The Nine?
