4400 Fans Plant Sunflower Seeds on USA Network

Fans of the recently canceled The 4400 hope to pull a Jericho by dumping at least 1,700 bags of sunflower seeds (the snack of choice for Dr. Kevin Burkhoff) on USA Network executives. Most of the orders are being fulfilled by Giants Snacks LLC, a wee little eight-man operation based out of Minnesota — by no coincidence, the home state of 4400 lead Joel Gretsch.

Note to network execs everywhere: The next time you create a culty show, give one character a penchant for caviar. You'll thank me later.

I haven't watched since the first season, but I think the network owes them at least a goodbye movie.

Wow, if only hungry people in this country and starving people around the world were as entertaining as shows like "Jericho", "The 4400" and "Roswell". Think how much food the people of Niger could get if they could cobble together low-budget, slightly above mediocre TV shows!

USA Networks has one simple solution to make everybody happy: move The 4400 to sister channel Skiffy and even pair it with Eureka. Also, USA Networks should greenlight a Dead Zone finale movie that adapts the endgame of the novel and, again, air it on Skiffy.

After the debacle of Farscape (not to mention The Dresden Files), USA should not allow its flagship, namesake channel to join Skiffy in its bad reputation for cancelling series without granting them finales. Instead, greenlighting and moving The 4400 and The Dead Zone to Skiffy would save USA's reputation and rehabilitate Skiffy's.

Although none of that will get me to call Skiffy anything but Skiffy. ]<img border=">

Skiffy skiffy skiffy on the label label label. (Uhm, what?!)

You keep the crap shows and get rid of the good ones...whats up with that? How do you just leave people hanging like that?

why, i so just read this and am pissed (YET AGAIN) you can't just end shows people love with no ending, i'm really considering moving to nigeria. all the shows i love get canceled and i get to replace them with crap like "my dad is better then your dad"

How in the you know what can they cancel this show. Especially with the cliffhanger from last season. Any chance there will at least be a final episode filed and shown. We need to know what happened to these characters!
