Who's 30 Rock's New Visitor? Anyone? Bueller?

Matthew Broderick is segueing from Broadway Producer to TV guest star. Filmdom's erstwhile Ferris Bueller (and the hubby of Sexy Sarah Jessica Parker) has been enlisted to appear on an upcoming episode of NBC's 30 Rock, playing "Cooter, an enthusiastic, clean-cut government employee who befriends Jack (Alec Baldwin)." Perhaps he will teach Jack how to succeed in business without really trying?

The best to date, without question, has been Paul Reubens, Pee-Wee Herman. That was the funniest episode of this show to date.

I agree that Pee Wee Herman was freakin hilarious! But I also think that Will Arnett steals the show everytime he appears.

God I miss this show and can't wait for April 10th!

Will Arnett rules when he's on the show.

I can see Matthew doing well on 30 Rock.

God Paul Reubens, Elaine Stritch, Will Arnett, Jerry Seinfeld, Edie Falco, Rip Torn-the list of great guest stars/cameos goes on and on. They've done guest stars better than any show I can think of. The only miss I can think of was Sean Hayes. His story didn't work for me at all.

There are so many great guest stars on "30 Rock" that it's hard to just pick one or two, but I'll do that anyway. Will Arnett is always hilarious, but I think that Paul Reubens's guest stint was one of the funniest guest appearances by anyone on any TV show... ever. The way that Gerhardt caressed Jenna's face with that little porcelain hand caught me off guard and I had soda coming out of my nose. It hurt, but it was worth it.

Someone refresh my memory, I don't remember Sean Hayes on 30 Rock.

Would it be too much to see Jack's brother come back around the same time as Matthew's character is on (at lesst in a future episode)

What happened that Matthew Broderick went from suave, slick tongued Ferris Beuller to typically cast as a singing and dancing pencil pusher?

I get the pencil pusher part. I never bought him as the suave, slick tongued school troublemaker!

Hands down Edie Falco. I knew she was a great dramatic actress, but didn't know she had the comedic chops, too. She was hilarious in 30 Rock. HOpe to see more of her!

Is this a game, or is it real?

stargazer_1682 Sean Hayes was just about unrecognizable (my wife had to point it out to me) as Kenneth's relative during the two-parter when Tracy went missing. I though he was pretty good, though, like Buffy Freak, I don't think that was the series' most hilarious story arc.
