The vampire flick 30 Days of Night this weekend topped the box office with an estimated gross of $16 million. That was enough to unseat the previous champ, Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married? ($12 mil).

Rounding out the top five were The Game Plan ($8.1 mil), Michael Clayton ($7.1 mil) and — currently in a dead heat for fifth-place honors — Team Affleck's Gone Baby Gone and the sports spoof The Comebacks, each of which is hovering around $6 mil.

Gone Baby Gone was quite entertaining, it was such a good movie; I really need to watch it again.

I understand why so many people raved about Michael Clayton, Clooney is awesome, but the end didn't really deliver what the beginning had set up.

30 Days of Night: No character development what so ever, no back story to speak of, and a few cliched moments. And I enjoyed it!!
