Danny/Lindsay on CSI: NY, especially during seasons 2 and 3. This season their interactions have been few and far between, which makes me bitter.

Luke/Lorelai of Gilmore Girls, despite plot contrivances.

Danny and Lindsay from CSI NY! They have some of the most amazing chemistry ever. I really want them to get back to how they were during season 3 though.

Great topic. Too many to chose from. Love Mer/Der. Serena and Dan on Gossip Girl, Booth and Bones, Chuck and Sarah on Chuck, Ned and Chuck on Pushing Daisies, Helo and Athena and Roslin and Adama (I love their connection) on BSG, and Cox and Jordan on Scrubs.
