I would like to ask, on a scale of 1-10, how close were you, Christina, in giving Matt the boot during the finale?
(I would have kicked his sorry ass to the curb....lol)

I don't understand why so many of the contestants smoke. Your palet is a huge part of your career, and it seems that smoking would just hurt it. Ever think about quitting?

Two questions 1) Gordon's West Hollywood has not gotten rave reviews, what signature dish can you bring to improve the eatery? 2) Across the board many HK fans felt the level of expertise of this year's HK contestants was way below previous years and were not surprised that Gordon did not make anyone his executive chef. At what point did the contestants become aware no one would get the golden prize and what was the reaction?
