Do you want to see Michael end up with his fantasy happy ending--married with kids--or alone but mature with a new found independence? And in my mind, you won the Emmy!!

Is there a character on the show you'd like to see Michael interact with more?
Who do you think Michael would consider to be his best friend?

I had a boss in the past who reminds me so much of Michael Scott, it isn't even funny - well, yes it is. He was wildly inappropriate. The thing is, he is the best boss I ever had because he was so committed to the company AND to the people who worked for him. What do you think of Michael Scott as a boss; don't you think his heart is in the right place?

Do you ever feel bad/embarrassed/awkward having to deliver some of your lines particularly when Michael makes a comment about someone's personal appearance/weight/etc.? Has there been anything you refused to say or do? Thank you so much for answering our questions and brightening my work day (we watch "The Office" DVDs at lunch! Shhh- don't tell corporate)

Why did you rob Ricky Gervais of his overdue but fleeting moment of recognition at the Emmy Awards by jumping around with your pals onstage and taking the award as if you had won? Did he not deserve at least a word of congratulations?

To be honest I thought the bit at the Emmy's was hilarious, and anyone who knows Gervais' style of humor will know he probably loved it too.
But the question is this. Do you watch the British version of the show, and if so did you take anything from the boss on there, or did you try to just make it your own?

Question: How does it feel to be the first man (not including Kirk Cameron) to say "bøner"* on a network sitcom?
(*ironically, it wouldn't let me spell the actual word)

Why don't you have a MySpace like the majority of your co-workers/stars?
How do you think the series should end? Jim and Pam getting married, Michael going promoted, Michael getting fired, or however you think it should end.

When I watch the office I am literally crying sometimes from laughing so hard. How do you keep a straight face when " some of the things that come out of "Michael's" are ridiculous and so funny?

No Question. Just want to say to Steve you're my favorite, your show's my favorite and your Emmy moment was my favorite.
I heart you so hard!

Do you think that the animosity Michael has towards Toby will ever be fully explained? I like to imagine that Toby said or did some tiny, insignificant thing when he first started at D-M, and that Michael has hated him ever since.
Also, you guys wouldn't happen to be looking for a fresh out of college English major from Nebraska to help write on the show would ya? Cuz I'm pretty available right now.
