Mega Minute Exclusive: A Supernatural Send-off!
In this week's Mitovich Mega Minute, I've got intriguing intel on an already mysterious Lost death and a look ahead at one of Moonlight's fresh episodes (including the tease of a new arrival).
The big news, though, is this: Supernatural fans will be saying, "Ciao, Bela." Hit "PLAY" to hear series creator Eric Kripke's explanation for this decision.

The B*tch screwed the boys over more than once.....and once you hurt the Winchester's the fans want no more to do with you other than your wicked demise....she just had to go!

I kind of liked her...except for the whole continually getting one over on the boys & making them look stupid!!!!!!!!! That's too bad for Lauren Cohan though. I think she's a better actress than Katie Cassidy.
Also? Yay Moonlight!
Thanks, Matt! Do you think you could possibly pull some strings & get our Winchester boys a cover story?! Pretty please?!

FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL SUPERNATURAL NEWS! Bela's exit can't be quick enough or final enough for me. This character has ruined many fine shows this season and I'm thrilled she won't be back. Thank you, Mr. Kripke, for listening to your fans - and for your amazing show!

Hallefreakinlujah. She never should have been more than a one or two episode character.
Now, as someone on another site has said in the past, if we can get Ruby into a new meat suit, then I'd be even happier. I don't think Ruby should be a regular character either but she at least, as a demon, fits in better. Too bad the girl can't act. Get her into a different meat suit that can actually convey the menace and/or bad ass centuries old demon vibe, then the character would work much better for me. Katie just ain't cuttin' it.

Too bad about Lauren Cohan... she's a much better actress than Katie Cassidy.

I agree about Lauren being a better actress than Katie. It's too bad that the writers couldn't come up with something better for her. It was glaringly apparent, to me, that they were merely stretching what was meant to be a one or two off role into a whole season.
Bela was actually the character I had the most hopes for when I first read about these two being added. I think it would have been better if she was grittier and an actual hunter. Getting her hands dirty and just a mercenary in the sense that she hired out her services to people to get rid of supernatural entities and if they didn't pay up, she'd leave them high and dry. *That*, to me, would have been an interesting contrast to the boys more noble reasons. Not this posh foil that stole trinkets right from under their noses.

I liked Bela. I thought she was a good human foil, and it was nice to have a character that just chose to be amoral. She was fun. This show needs to stop getting rid of all its recurring characters. You learn new things about the boys when they interact with other people.

I thought Bela was a great antagonist for Sam and Dean, particularly in the episode Bad Day at Black Rock. She was just so singularly self serving! However, I am hopeful that she will get her comeuppance from the Winchesters. She has been a thorn in their side for some time now and needs to be "taken down". I, for one, am looking forward to what Kripke has in store.
Thanks, Matt, for incorporating Supernatural into your Mega Minute!!

What the heck is going on with all the TV Guide links to videos that I want to see? I can't see the "Ciao, Bela" video from Kripke or the first part of the Alex O'Loughlin interview! What gives?
