On a recent interview with Letterman, Indiana Jones 4 star Shia LaBeouf decided to explain what really happened a few months back when he was arrested at a Chicago Walgreens. The 21-year-old actor recounted the infamous night; he was "on the special sauce" and looking to buy some cigarettes at the wee hours of the morn. But after multiple trips to same store, sporting some pimple cream and several outfit changes later, LaBeouf found himself thrown into the slammer. Ah, young Hollywood — gotta love 'em.

Shia is too funny! And lots of people smoke when they drink. He’s 21 lighten up! If it had been someone else who wasn't a celebrity they wouldn’t have been arrested.
