We've seen our share of PSAs, but they usually don't tend to be as over-the-top ridiculous when trying to prove a point as this one. In this video, 30 Rock's Jack McBrayer stumbles across two lovely ladies who are completely and totally turned off by this juice box-drinking, Hootie and the Blowfish-listening loser.
