After watching this trailer, all we can say is… wow. We can’t even begin to tell you how freakin’ awesome this movie looks, or how truly badass Harrison Ford is after all these years (19 to be precise). Even newbie Shia LeBeouf looks like he’ll be a promising addition. Oh Spielberg, you’ve really out done yourself this time! Behold Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Ugh, but now we have to wait until May 22 for it to open in theaters… not cool.
You take: What does everyone think of this of this trailer? Think this installment will blow away the other three?
OMG, I got goosebumps when I heard the theme music! Nothing will ever replace Raiders of the Lost Ark (the first and best) but this got me pretty excited to go see it. This and the SATC movie are on my calendar!
It does appear to have the excitement of the first and third (number 2 doesn't count, that was ALL Spielberg and the weakest of them all). You gotta give George some credit here... it is his story. Definitely something worth seeing in the theater though. Harrison's still got it!
Definitely a VERY strong trailer! It made me LOL here in my quiet work cubicle, and that's something I rarely do. Because of time passage it needed the quick flashbacks, and anyway I enjoyed them in the "long range" historical-type viewpoint they were given. Here's how Indiana Jones saved the world and civilization as we know it!
Strangely enough, the flashbacks were quite like the inspiring money and self-worth clips that the book/DVD/CD "The Secret" has on its website. Was this on purpose? Or just the same crew working on it? For some reason I feel very invigorated about my own being after watching this.
There is now a note on my calendar for May 22 to go to the movies. (Maybe I'll make a point to watch ALL of the "Young Indiana Jones" ep tomorrow morning on the History Channel, just because of this.) Thanks for the look!
it looked like they were in that warehouse where they stored the ark of the covanent in raiders of the lost ark. i wonder if its a clue. also great trailer, stephen speilberg is amazing!
The trailer did not show enough of the movie to tell if it is worth seeing in the theater (and forking over tons of cash), or just watching it later on DVD or cable.
