Top 4: Who's Your Favorite Dancing Duo Now?
The following contains spoiler information relating to Dancing with the Stars' Tuesday results show.
The news came quick and (perhaps) unexpectedly for Marissa and Tony: You're safe! They are, indeed, the Syesha of this show. (Minus the waterworks, that is.) One commercial break later, it was revealed that in addition to (duh) Kristi and Mark and Cristian and Cheryl, that Jason and Edyta were also sticking around. Ergo henceforth therewith, Mario and Karina were sent home, falling shy of the final four. Has anything changed in your thinking? Who is your current pick to win this season of DWTS? Vote, now!

How is it that Marissa stays in for the semi-finals when every poll I've seen puts her way below all the other couples? Who is voting for her? Everyone I talk to thinks she should have gone way before this. I can't believe she is still in over Mario. He was/is a better dancer. She really needed to go tonight. I'm torn between Kristi, Jason and Christian. My first vote is Kristi but then it's really tough between the two guys. Not counting Marissa, the semi-finals will be a tough vote.

ITS JASON THAT SHOULD HAVE WENT HOME NOT MARISSA. I THINK I AM THROUGH WITH DANCING WITH THE STARS FOR THIS SEASON, ONLY A MORON WOULD PICK LEAD FOOTED JASON OVER SLEEK AND SENSUAL MARIO. HE WAS TECHNICALLY A WAY BETTER DANCING AND I AM BEYOND ANNOYED THAT HE WAS SENT HOME AND NOT JASON TAYLOR!!!!!!

First of all, you guys have got to accept the fact that this is not about who is the best dancer. Even the DWTS web page says VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE! Once you accept that, like I did after Kelly Monaco was mistakenly crowned the winner of season 1, then you will enjoy the show all the more!!!
Mario was starting to grow on me...however, his partner Karina...is a dog. She is rude, she makes snarly faces, and she has rolled her eyes 50 times too many. I'm glad SHE is gone!
Now let's get rid of Kristi next week and have a real competetion between 3 stars that really have come a long way and actually had to work at it!!!

I"m not too sad to see Mario go. He was ok. Marissa is probably the next to go, though her enthusiam is infectious, she is not the best dancer. I'm glad Cristian is still in...I give him credit for continuing with an injury. I totally agree with you pinkestelle...Mario's partner was disgusting me tonight...could she be more rude. I thought her attitude tonight sucked. She's not even the best pro they have. I like Kristi, and I would love to see it come down to her Cristian for the title. I think they're the best out of the four.

Karina has got to be the rudest, most stuck up, unprofessional dancer I have ever seen in my life. I just enrolled in adult ballroom class, and one of the first things they tell you is that dancers are always gracious. I really wish the judges would call her out on her behavior.

Why Marissa wasn't sent packing is beyond me. Mario is way better than she is. That said,Kristi is still my favorite,but I have to give kudos to Cristian for his courage & guts in continuing despite his injury. Cheryl is to be commended for the great way she choregraphed their dances so he wouldn't have to use his injured arm so much.

I too was surprised when Marissa wasn't sent home; she can probably deliver on a Broadway stage, but in this venue she's too over the top! I also don't think wardrobe is doing her any favor by their choices!!
My original favorite was Kristi; she's still my favorite.

pinkyestelle I have to agree with you. Most of my problem with Mario is that his partner was Karina. I do NOT like her attitude and was glad to see her go. Mario was too hiphoppy, but was getting past that and showing real promise, but I couldn't get past Karina's poor attitude.
I think Marissa continues to improve and Jason isn't which is unfortunate because he is one beautiful man.
Kristi continues to be technically wonderful, but I get no emotion from her.
If Cristian can continue as well as he did Monday I really think he just might be the winner. But that could vary greatly with each performance & the pain might become too much.

What a shocker!!! Is the voting rigged??? Marissa should have been outted a long time ago. I am finding her rather "high school personality" to be very annoying...and dread her interviews. Just because Marissa is height/weight challenged does not place her into that special category held by those truly special competitors, ie. Marlee and now Christian with his injured arm.
Mario was truly the better dancer....and truly the more entertaining and charming of the two. I do feel,however, that for whatever the reason the judges were much harder on Mario than on any of the others - including Marissa and Shannon. Is it because Mario is truly a more natural talent when it comes to performing...and, yes, dancing!
And, speaking of Shannon.....boy, she sure did show her true colors as a "bad sport"..."sore loser" when she verbally attacked the judges and other contestants (and then, of course, spent the next couple of weeks following her agent's advice to "repent") Truth is that she may have nice long legs....but she sure did not know how to move her body! She really has no natural ability to dance...certainly she has absolutely no sense of rhythm and clearly no heart/soul for that matter. At least as aggravating as Marissa may be...she does have heart/soul!
As usual these top-notch professional athletes are showing the world what it takes to win....on any dance floor, arena, or court....lots of self-discipline...a good sense of body and place...determination and hard work. And, being a gracious competitor. Jason and Kristi...you guys are both wonderful to watch! I look forward to seeing what each of you are going to try next in your quest to win...but more importantly both of you make me want to get up and dance!
Christian....you were absolutely wonderful to "pick yourself up" and get back out there on the dance floor. What a wonderful example you are setting for your daughter...and everyone else out there! By not giving up...you found out how wonderful it feels to make those 10s. And, wow what dancing...your latin body & soul is showing! Hang it here - you just might win it all!
