Last night, the final three contestants (Kristi, Jason and Cristián) faced off with a Cha-Cha and Freestyle round. Needless to say, the part where Kristi kissed an open-mouthed Bruno as part her routine was a top highlight of the night. But the former figure skater's freestyle number where she rips off her jammies and kills it on the dance floor had to be our favorite moment. Uh, well-- Michael Jackson?? isnt that a bit repetitive from a recent Non-winner, Mario L. ? all they needed were the Gloves... Sorry, but where was the ballroom? Isnt that what this show is about? I'm really fedup with the judges on Dancing. They are so prejudice toward Kristie. They have wanted her from the start. Her free style was not ballroom. I thought this was a ballroom competition. They have it fixed so that no matter how the fans vote Kristie can loose. We only count half and you know that tonight they will give her a perfect score knocking out anyone else. I think Christian was really better in the freestyle than her. He and Cheryl did a ballroom dance
I'm still screaming UNFAIR ADVANTAGE! Kristi's training and medal-winning performances have led her to this very moment. She wouldn't be worth her salt if she WASN'T able to pull off these derring dos. She's a PRO y'all. That being said - she should totally NOT get "the gold". If she does - this little "reality show" ain't what it's cracked up to be.
I would hope that she would be a much better and much more polished than a NFL football player. Most of her entire life she has performed. When she was judged in figure skating, her scores were based on "Technical" and "Artistic Impression". So DAAAAAAA, that is what she does. She can spin 10 times, because she has praticed her entire life. Its not Kristi's fault, but she Definitely has an edge and has since the beginning. If you want a show called "Dancing with the Professionals" then have Kristi, and Paula Abdul, and Madonna, and the Gold Metal Russian skater, Okxana. For the men, Christoper Bowman, Michael Jackson, etc. Put those people up against Kristi and see is she still comes in first place. Shari, Baltimore
This has not been a fair challenge. Kristy has been dancing for quite a while and also had been taking dance lessons. She is a novice. This competition should be about amatures. Christian should win it or anyone of the others who just started dancing. I know she'll probably win, but I don't like it and I don't think it was fair.
