Week of April 14: My Top Five Moments
1. The Eli Stone finale. Tears, cheers, and Victor Garber sang again. Bring this show back! 2. Cirie orchestrating the ouster of Ozzy on Survivor. Love how holding the immunity idol can come back and bite you if you play it too smug—or don't play the idol at the right moment. (Just ask James.) 3. Kristy Lee leaving American Idol, finally. I would have been happy with a Syesha 2-fer. (Who’s singing Memory on Andrew Lloyd Webber night next week? The ears bleed in advance.) 4. Tim Conway on 30 Rock, shredding Kenneth the Page’s love for TV with his warped nostalgia for things like the “Jew room.” 5. Jim’s mock-proposal to Pam (he’s holding on to an actual ring!) at the end of an unpleasantly Michael-centric episode of The Office, which thankfully was back in the office this week. (There will probably be a sixth moment after watching tonight’s Battlestar Galactica.)

Matt, please do continue with these "Favorite" snippets weekly(ish)! Fun!
And, btw, I totally concur, partularly the Eli Stone sentiment. But since I don't watch Survivor, my personal addition would be Brennan and Boothe's 'Color Me Mine' double date on Bones, chock full of unicorns and clay fights.

Wow - Eli Stone was fabulous! Victor Garber and Loretta Devine were so good during the musical sing-along (and I hate musicals)!

Yes Eli Stone is so great. Please bring this show back. Got love Cirie, but Ozzy should of used it just in case.

I haven't missed one episode of Eli Stone, and last night's finale was (wait for it) AWESOME!!! I hope TPTB at ABC know what a great show this is. A special shout out to Victor Garber and Loretta Devine for the smoothest sound in a long time. George Michael eat your heart out!!

Survivor was really great last night. I always love it when they blindside someone at tribal counsel. Ozzy and James were getting way too cocky. I really loved how Cirie took Ozzy down. I can almost forgive her for taking out Yau Man at the beginning of the game.

I purposely haven't watched Eli Stone because I CAN'T add another must watch show to my list and I knew this would be one (how do YOU do it? I often have to VCRS going at one time and can't catch up).
Think Cirie is playing a great game AND though I liked Ozzie originally his smugness got me and I was glad he was voted off but sorry he wasn't smart enough to use the Idol figuring he'd be out next week. What's your take on who'll get all the marbles??

I can't wait to hear what you thought of Battlestar Galactica!!
I thought Kristy Lee was getting better and more well rounded as a performer. She should have stayed and Sayesha should have gone. I'm tired of the viciousness of these results shows......

Matt I can guarantee you that you would have a seventh moment to add to the list, if you watched Smallville(descent) this past thursday, one of the best hours of tv I have seen all year. Michael Rosenbaum's performance in the episode was breathtaking. You have to watch it and comment on the episode even if you dont watch the show anymore! fantastic episode

Lol Mctor. I doubt Matt will be watching Smallville, and by the slight chance that he does, would add Rosenbaum's hammy recital to such a pretty decent list.

Victor Garber was great, even though he only sang for a few moments. I'll bet he loves this role as much as we love him in it.

Hey, it occurs to me that *you* could actually tell Victor Garber how much we love his singing and ask him if he enjoys it.

I love Eli Stone and pray it will be back. The best show on TV to me. I do not watch American Idol anymore, and I believe I must be the only person in America that hates the office. My favorite shows are Eli Stone, Pushing Dasies, NCIS, Men in Trees, Boston Legal, Brother and Greys, and Practice. Oh yea I love Burn Notice - I watched that this week and it is so good and original. Anyway, I love the singing in Eli Stone, I did not know that some of these actors could sing so well.

I saved Eli Stone on my DVR. All your comments have made me want to watch it. I was holding off until we got Renewal notice.

I'd say it is safe to say BSG gave a couple of more moments. Cally's shocking demise even topped anything on ELI STONE (and I loved that season finale). The close up of her face floating in space was especially haunting. And the Cavils attacking the basestars of the other Cylons was another shocking moment. On a nicer note, Bill Adama sitting down to read a detective novel to Roslin while undergoing their equivalent of chemo was truly sweet.
