Katie Holmes: "I'm So Happy" for Pregnant Nicole Kidman

Fans were screaming from the sidelines as the stars of Mad Money — Diane Keaton, Queen Latifah and Katie Holmes — made their way down the red carpet for the film's premiere Wednesday night at the Mann Village Theatre in Westwood, California. Shouts of "Diane! Queen! Katie!" rang through the air. The predominate cry, though, was, "Tom!"
Indeed, Mr. Katie Holmes accompanied his wife to the premiere in a show of support. Soon, he was pleasing onlookers as well by foregoing the red carpet to sign autographs and take photos with the crowd. Holmes was full of compliments when it came to her hubby and young daughter. "When Suri and Tom came to the set, it filled the whole set with so much joy," she told reporters. "You think you love to do something and then you have the people you love there and it makes it a billion times better. You didn't even realize you were missing that before and you go, "My god, life can be this good."
As for similar future happiness in store for newly pregnant Nicole Kidman, Holmes said, "I'm so happy for her. It's wonderful." — Bekah Wright

PLEASE!!! What a stepford wife!!!! Everything is always great, wonderful or amazing with Katie. Tom's cult really needs a new speech writer for Katie, these lines are getting so tired and lame. I just bet shes happy for Nicole and I am sure Nicole is thankful everyday she is not married to Tom "Nut Job, Alien Loving" Cruise anymore, she refused to drink the punch and is better off. Whatever happened to the old Katie Holmes, sorry Kate, she use to be so normal, now she just looks glazed eyed and blank, stopping drink the punch Katie!!

Am I the only one who remembers this?
Back when Nicole was married to Tom, it was widely reported that they were an infertile couple. They adopted their children because of this infertility. After they separated, Nicole allegedly had a miscarriage, and news from the Cruise came was something to the effect of "we're so sad she lost the baby; she's always had reproductive health problems; it was a total shock she could even GET pregnant," etc.
So now, Tom has apparently fathered a child, and Nicole has successfully achieved a healthy pregnancy. What's the deal?

Silly that Katie was even asked about Nicole and that her answer made "news". What else could Katie have said? Of course she'd say she was happy for Nicole.

I remember reading somewhere that because Nicole did not go for the whole Scientology that that she was not worthy of Tom's sperm. Probably why they broke up.

All of you who are advising Katie to stop drinking the punch, I echo your sentiments 110%. Tom is a NUT JOB and Nicole was smart to get out of that sick relationship and cult religion.

Everybody always busts on Tom for jumping on couches when he first dated Katie. But c'mon, I certainly wouldn't mind having the love of my life that enamored with me. Wouldn't you?? And his comments about medication these days do ring a little true. We're turning into a society where each and every one of us will be on some prescribed medication of some sort. I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing to try to stay away from that if possible. Now I'm not a Scientologist. I think that's kind of creepy, especially since the whole religion was made up by some science fiction writer. But maybe, just maybe, Tom and Katie really love each other and are happy. I hope so anyway.

How sad Katie can't see that she is being used. The fact that someone Tom's age with his marital record had to rob the cradle to find someone to marry him, says alot. I think he knew she was impressionable and he knew he could snow her. I will not see anymore of his movies after what he did to Nicole. He just marred Katie to save face after that. Suri doesn't even look like him, she looks just like her mother. The fact that he didn't let Katie enjoy her red carpet last night says alot. He can't even give it up for his own "true love" for one night. Then, he didn't even stay to see her movie after she made it. I doubt they would have snuck out of one of his movies. He has shot himself in the foot with the movie business. He'll run off with this next co star just like always. At least maybe Katie will take him to the cleaners first.
