Celebs such as Mena Suvari, Rosario Dawson and Elizabeth Berkley walked an appropriately red carpet at Mann's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood for the Wednesday premiere of the Jeff Vespa film Nosebleed. Among the procession was the star of the movie, David Arquette, who told TV Guide he drew from painful past experiences when playing a man who develops a nosebleed after a break-up. "I did actually think about past break-ups and having my heart broken," he shared. Now married to Friends alum Courteney Cox, the actor says of his wife, "I feel really lucky to have found her. She makes me so happy."

The duo recently had the opportunity to work together when Arquette directed Cox in an upcoming episode of FX's Dirt. "It was amazing," said Arquette. "We did a waxing scene that was pretty provocative. She was such a trouper doing it. It's really turned out so hilarious that I'm excited for people to see it." Adding further praise for his spouse, Arquette says, "She's my favorite actress." — Bekah Wright
